Wet-N-Wild Kayak Cave Tour

BIG ISLAND Activities - Enjoy a beautiful 4.5 Hr Hawaii kayak exploration down the gorgeous Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Guides will explain the history of these areas such as Kealakekua Bay, Keauhou, Ho'okena, Honaunau, and Kailua. Explore the cliffs where an ancient religious battle took place. Hawaiian Culture is one of self-sufficiency. Hawaiians Lived off the land. Growing or hunting in the mountains or in the sea, for the food they needed to survive. Hawaiians either walked or canoed to where they wanted to go. You will experience that same freedom to explore off the beaten path.

Whether hiking through a beautiful native rainforest filled with indigenous plants, birds, and the sounds of your footsteps, or kayaking down the beautiful Kona coast like the native Hawaiian once did with their canoes, you will explore some of the most breathtaking scenery, both above and below sea level.

You will be guided below towering cliffs and into sea caves. Snorkel gorgeous underwater coral landscapes while colorful tropical fish accompany you. You will be completely amazed by the breathtaking scenery. If that doesn't take your breathe away, maybe the cliff jumping will!

Enjoy an activity that will not only fun but also educational and cultural. You will leave feeling confident in your kayak abilities and educated in the history and culture of the areas we venture into.

Tours run daily.
Destination vary due to weather and ocean conditions. Weekends available for parties of 4 or more. Custom tours also available!

Check-in 9:00 AM and Check-out approximately 1:30 PM

TOUR INCLUDES:
Double or single kayak, Dry Bags, All necessary equipment (paddles, back rest, life vest, gear bag, leash), Snorkel Gear, Coolers with chilled beverages, Historical orientation of area, Equipment & tour orientation,
Certified life guard tour guide.

Lunch: Choice of a Gourmet sandwich (Ham & Swiss, Turkey & Swiss, or vegetarian, served with pickle & chips)

I cannot say enough positive things about Aloha Kayak - they really made our vacation so special. A customer service touch better than I have experienced in a long time, they are COMMITTED to their customers having a great time. Iwa runs the show and is so passionate about Hawaii and the beauty and history of the people and island - just having a chat with him was better than any other tour we went on. Trevor was our guide - he was fantastic. I had never kayaked and was slightly anxious about tipping over but Trevor put me at ease right away. He told stories about times he had tipped over and how simple it was to get back in with his help... he made all my fears slip away so I could enjoy the tour. He gave some invaluable insight on living on the island and recommended local restaurants that tourists would never really know about. The kayaking was great - we had wild dolphins swimming around us. The snorkelling was incredible - gorgeous tropical fish against stunning coral. But it is the wonderful and personal experience of this family run company and staff that makes this so so special. I cannot recommend them enough - visiting Aloha Kayak is a MUST on the Big Island!! Cancellations must be made by calling our concierge lines at 808-214-9283. We will not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax or chatline. You must call at least 48 hours before the event for credit or refund to be applied. Some activities require a longer notice or will not allow cancellations once booking is made (each tour description will show exceptions to the 48 hour rule if applicable). Activities are 100% refunded in the event of your tour being canceled by the Activity Provider for any reason, such as weather, mechanical, etc. Ohana Fun!
