Alvaro, We just wanted to thank you for all your assistance with our reservations in Maui. We really enjoyed the Luau at the Hyatt. The show was very professional and the food was delicious. Our children had a great time. We also wanted to thank you for helping us with our reservations for the magic show at the Kaanapali Hotel. It was especially helpful that you were able to help us cancel the reservation for my mom since she unexpectedly got ill at the last minute. My husband and I and the children really enjoyed the magic show. The magician chose my husband to assist him for one of the tricks - it was hilarious! the combination of comedy and magic was perfect. We have never laughed so much at a magic show. And the picture they took will help us recall the fun memories forever! Alvaro, you made our visit to Maui very special and memorable. Alvaro, I want to thank you for the wonderful time my family and I had at the Royal Lahaina Luau. With a party of 10, I thought making reservations for a Luau would be difficult, especially with little advance notice. Well, you made it happen!!! The cost was reasonable, the show was enjoyable to everyone and the food was fantastic. We can't thank you enough for our preferred seating, what a great surprise that was! Other than a mix up with the hotel fax number, the whole booking process was seamless. We will surely refer your company to friends and family traveling to Hawaii. Mahalo, Kris G.
