MAUI Activities - Wailea's Finest has become Maui's south shore's preferred luau by local residents and visitors alike. Located by the beach at the renown Grand Wailea Resort & Spa, this fun filled family and social event is made even extra special because it holds a maximum of only 300 guests; a spectacular evening of traditional chant and hula that brings the history of Maui to life.

"Wailea's Finest" is more than just a luau, as you will also experience the magic of Hawaiian and South Pacific cultures, myths and folklore, culminating with a spectacular fire dance that spices the evening as a "Hot" Grand Finale. Upgrade to the Grand Wailea Luau Premium Seating for just a small amount more to get up close and personal.
Hawaiian music provides a tropical ambiance as you enjoy a breathtaking Maui sunset. You will be greeted with a shell lei greeting and have the opportunity to take pictures or have an oceanfront portrait taken, which will be available for purchase following the luau. Open Bar features exotic Tropical Beverages, Beer, Wine or favorite Cocktails. As the "Paradyse" Trio takes to the stage, a lovely Hula Dancer entertains you.Full buffet style dinner is served offering a variety of Hawaiian favorites including Sauteed Island Fish, Lau Lau, Imu Baked Kalua Pig, Grilled Teriyaki Steak, Shoyu Chicken, Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes with Coconut Milk and Honey, Hawaiian Fried Rice, Stir Fry Vegetables and Steamed White Rice, Poi and Taro Rolls. The always inspiring dessert buffet offers Haupia, Macadamia Nut Cake, Coconut Macaroons, Banana Cream Pie, Coconut Cream Cake, Chocolate Key Lime Cake, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Strawberry Cream Cake, Chocolate Brownies and Fresh Tropical Fruit Salad. You will then enjoy an inspiring display of "kahiko" or ancient hula followed by the revue by Paradyse and Ka Poe O Hawaii, taking you on a journey through the Pacific with exotic costumes and talented dancers.
The evening comes to an end with a "hot" performance by the Three Time World Champion Fire Knife Dancer, Ifi So'o.
