    MAUI ACTIVITIES - Get ready to experience Maui in a totally new and exciting way, as you soar high above the lush gardens and swaying palms of the beautiful Maui Tropical Plantation on Maui Zipline's Tropical Adventure Tour. Centrally located in beautiful Waikapu, only a few minutes from Kihei & Wailea and about 30 minutes from Lahaina,  at the famous Maui Tropical Plantation, this is the perfect zipline option for families who just don't want to drive for hours to get to their rides.

    You'll get to enjoy Maui's newest and most family friendly zipline course! At Maui Zipline you will experience a thrilling adventure soaring over a beautiful tropical plantation. Zip over a lush landscape, swaying palms and savor the majestic views of the valley island. With five side-by-side ziplines, ranging from 300 to 900 feet, this tour is sure to be enjoyed by all and may just be the highlight of your vacation to Maui, Hawaii!

    Your Maui Zipline adventure begins with a brief scenic walk on a well maintained trail where you will be marvelled by the beautiful landscape of the Maui Tropical Plantation. After ascending the first observation deck that overlooks the tropical gardens you will get a bird's eye view of the spectacular Haleakala volcano, the picturesque West Maui mountains and the rugged coastlines. On each line, trained guides will narrate your adventure with information on Maui's unique flora, fauna and culture. Your exotic adventure will end at the tree house after an exciting flight over a tropical lagoon.

    This tour is suitable for the entire family and children as young as five years old can participate. If there is a member of your family that does not want to zip they are free to enjoy the beautiful grounds of the Maui Tropical Planation and they will be able to observe all of the ziplines from the lagoon area.

    Every zip runs two lines, side-by-side, so parents/children/couples can zip next to each other at the same time! Participants under 60 pounds might ride tandem with a guide (to be determined at check in).

    No prior experience is needed. Experienced guides will fit you with state of the art equipment and ease you into the course with a training session where everyone will practice with the equipment and learn the techniques before embarking on the tour!

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
    1. Plan to spend approx 2-2.5 hours with us. The Zipline tour is approximately 1.5-2 hour in length, plus additional time for check-in, orientation, and training.

    2. Participants will need to wear close-toed shoes (Sneakers or tennis shoes are best) Comfortable attire and sunscreen are highly recommended.

    3. Each tour starts with a short and easy walk on a well-maintained path to our observation platform. No rigorous hiking involved although, participants must be able to climb 4 flights of stairs.

    4. Participants must be at least 5 years of age and between 50 and 250 pounds.
