Maui Activities Review

In 2010 Maui ranked as the Top Island in the world for the 16th consecutive time on Conde Nast Traveler reader's poll. What an incredible feat. In addition to this ranking, it also rated as Top Island in the Pacific for the 20th consecutive year. If Maui hasn't caught your attention yet, it certainly should.

The purpose of this page is to give our visitors some ideas of things to in Maui. We will do the best we can to give honest feedback and suggestions on the best activities on Maui. But this isn't just for us to share with you; we want our customers to give us feedback and suggestions to share with all our viewership. Here are some of the more popular (general) activities to do while on Maui:

Most people will want to do a Luau while in Hawaii. Maui has some of the best luaus to offer. Try and pick one near where you are staying. It is easy to divide Maui into two "islands". You have the Lahaina/Kaanapali area and the Kihei/Wailea. The second most popular thing to do in Maui would be snorkeling. The snorkeling in Maui is incredible. You have several options; you can rent some gear and get so some great spots from the shoreline. Or you can get out in a boat and really get so some spectacular locations. As for the snorkel boat tours in Maui there is quite a variety. As with your Luau selection you will decide if you would like to go out of the Maalaea/Kihei area, or out of Lahaina/Kaanapali. You may want to go to Molokini, the rugged Kanaio Coast, someplace off of West Maui, or over to Lanai. There are several vessels to choose from as well; there are Sailing catamarans, two-storey steel catamarans and ocean rafts just to name a few.

The third thing that we would strongly recommend you look at doing is a Helicopter tour in Maui. So much of Hawaii you can only see from the air and it is really spectacular to get up close and personal to the valleys, waterfalls and have a birds eye perspective on this majestic place.
