Flights depart from Air Maui's Kahului Heliport hangar (only heliport on Maui).
Turn-by-turn directions from your hotel or condo will be emailed to you, along with your voucher, so please be sure to provide us with your accomodations information, as well as a cell phone number while on Maui, if any.

From the West side:
Kapalua & Napili - 60 minutes
Kahana & Honokowai - 55 minutes
Kaanapali - 50 minutes
Lahaina - 45 minutes
From the South side:
Makena - 40 minutes
Wailea - 35 minutes
Kihei (South) - 30 minutes
Kihei (North) - 20 minutes
Equipment: A-Star AS350 (specs on picture 23 of 23 above) configured with several windows and seating for 6. All passengers will have great views from their seats (see picture 3 of 23 above). Back seats are higher than front seats for optimun visibility for all.
Air Maui's A-Star helicopters are mounted with 4 Video Cameras (3 outside and 1 inside) which will be capturing not only your the scenes of your flight, but your pilot's narration and the stereo sound music played during your flight.
DVD's are available for purchase and payable direclty to Air Maui, after your flight.

$49.95 when paid by CREDIT CARDIMPORTANT RULES, CONDITIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR HELICOPTER FLIGHTS:
1- Weight & Size Guidelines: Helicopter weight and balance changes with every flight because of passenger weight, pilot weight and length of flight (fuel weight). It is important that you provide accurate body weight for every passenger. FAA regulations require all passengers and their carry-on items to be weighed at time of check-in. If a standard airline seat belt is too small, if you weigh over 240 pounds or if the combined weight of 2 passengers exceeds 420 lbs you may be required to purchase a comfort seat on most flights (please call our Concierge line at 800-350-3849 to check for other options).
2- Scuba Diving: No scuba diving 24 hours prior to helicopter tour departure time.
3- Children: A child 23 months or younger may fly at no charge and must sit on adult’s lap. Please provide child’s weight at time of booking. Children 2 yrs. and older must occupy a seat with seat belt on and are charged full fare.
4- Routes & Flight Time: Helicopter: Companies cannot guarantee any specific routes or sights, which may vary due to weather. Flight times are estimates and may vary a few minutes.
5- Photography: Bring lots of film!! Don't forget to check for batteries and memory space!!!
6- What to wear: Wear a dark colored shirt to reduce glare on the plexiglass windows.IMPORTANT: WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE PLEASE BE SURE TO INDICATE EACH PASSENGER'S FIRST NAME AND BODY WEIGHT IN THE COMMENT BOX
