Maui Surfing Lessons in Lahaina

MAUI Activities - Learn how to surf in Hawaii! Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy invites you to join us as we take you from the sand to the sea. Kimo Kinimaka, "Chairman Of The Board," has spent over 20 years of his life safely teaching the ancient Hawaiian sport of surfing. Our patient instructors are here to insure an enjoyable experience for all.
Are you a first time surfer? NO WORRIES!! Join Royal Hawaiian's Surf Academy's group lesson, geared towards beginners, but guarantees you will be standing and riding a wave or you'll get to go again on another day FREE!!
The lessons last 2 hours and consist of 20 to 30 minutes on the beach, where your instructor will go over the basic fundamentals necessary to get you to get up properly on your surfboard and ride those fun waves!! You'll also learn the safe ways to surf. The remaining of your lesson will be spent in the ocean catching waves and having the time of your life, right by your surfing coach.
Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy prides itself on having a team of highly qualified surfers and teachers who are first aid and CPR certified and trained lifeguards. Groups are kept at a maximum of 5 students in order to maximize your experience and guarantee you a fun and safe time you'll never forget!
You will be provided with a rashguard (lycra UV-protective Surf Shirt), reef shoes, and your own board for the duration of the lesson.

•    2 hour surf lessons held Weekdays: at 7:30, 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 1:30 Saturdays 7:00, 8:30, 10:00. Closed on Sundays
•    Small Groups (5 people max per instructor)
•    Private and Semi-Private Instruction Available –
•    Lesson Includes: Soft Top Surf Board, Protective Rash guards, Booties (Aqua Socks), Professional local Maui instructors
