IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS: 

Weight:  Min. 60lbs - Max 250lbs. All customers will be weighed at check-in.  Age: 10 & up;
No pregnant riders
There is no smoking, alcohol or drug use permitted at anytime prior to or throughout the tour. Anyone who does not meet the above restrictions will not be allowed to participate and will NOT receive any refund or receive ANY compensation

All participants must complete & sign liability release form.  

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION & RESTRICTIONS

All participants must wear closed-toe & closed-heel hiking or athletic shoes  (No Crocs allowed) Participants will get dirty so wear clothes that you won't care if it gets muddy.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompained by an adult or guardian.
All participants must be able to lift 15 lbs.
Due to the nature of this tour, those who may have a heart condition, with neck/back issues, other medical concerns, or women who are or maybe pregnant may not participate.
This tour requires some physical activity, although light, as it includes climbing stairs and walking short distances over uneven terrain.
Weather can change quickly so wearing layered clothing is a good idea.  You should remove all hanging or dangling jewelry before taking your zipline tour.
Those who are found to be endangering their own safety or the safety of others, or the environment, may be taken off the course without a refund or any other compensation.All participants will be required to complete and sign a waiver before zipping.

Cancellations must be made by calling our concierge lines at 808-214-9283.  We will not accept cancellations via email, voicemail, fax or chatline. You must call at least 48 hours before the event for credit or refund to be applied. Some activities require a longer notice or will not allow cancellations once booking is made (each tour description will show exceptions to the 48 hour rule if applicable). Activities are 100% refunded in the event of your tour being canceled by the Activity Provider for any reason, such as weather, mechanical, etc. Ohana Fun!
