    Before you arrive at Pearl Harbor, your tour guide will provide a brief history of the first attack on the US during World War II at Pearl Harbor. Arriving at the Arizona Memorial, you will view a historical film with authentic footage of the Pearl Harbor attack and then be taken to the Arizona Memorial aboard a Navy shuttle. At the Arizona Memorial, visit the Shrine Room and reflect on the names of the 1,177 men resting on the sunken battleship below. Take time to browse through the fascinating Museum exhibits and visit the gift shop where you can find Pearl Harbor books, memorabilia and souvenirs. You will also view battleship row, the USS Bowfin (a WWII submarine), the US Pacific Fleet headquarters, and the ''black tears of the Arizona''.

    Take a trip through history to the deck of the USS Missouri where the Japanese surrendered in Tokyo Bay and a peace treaty ending WWII was signed. See the dent caused by a Kamikaze plane as it nearly destroyed this famous warship. Learn the real story behind the ''Mighty Mo".

    USS Arizona
    Each day, the US Navy shuttle boat carries hundreds of visitors to the USS Arizona Battleship and Memorial Building. Designed by Honolulu architect, Alfred Preis, the memorial building is divided into three separate areas: the entry, central assembly room, and shrine room. The memorial building overlooks the sunken battleship and celebrates the more than 1,076 lives lost on board.

    USS Missouri Battleship
    Commissioned in June 1944, the USS Missouri Battleship participated as an active military ship until the year 1995. Today, the ship has become a battleship museum and is located at Ford Island in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Visitors travel daily to tour its decks and see where the Japanese signed the surrender documents putting a much needed end to WWII.

    HISTORIC HONOLULU - IOLANI PALACE
    Noted as the first ever building in the United States to have working electricity, the Iolani Palace is also the only palace throughout the country. Built for Princess Victoria Kamamalu by King Kamehameha III, the palace contains a throne room, reception room, a state dining room, and outer houses with bedrooms.

    This tour was informative and even though we were there all day the tour didn�t feel like it was too long. I have been on other tours and they were much shorter then this but they felt like they were so much longer. The guide was great he made the tour far more interesting then it would have been.

The cancellation protection allows the purchaser until 48 hours prior to the tour to cancel it for a full refund of the tour purchase price.  This tour is non-refundable less than 48 hours from the check-in / pick-up time even with the purchase of the cancellation protection.

    Due to construction work on the boat dock, shuttle boat rides to/from the USS Arizona Memorial will not be operating during the following period:  
    ** February 1-5, 2010 **
    However, visitor center facilities will be open during this time. Guests will have access to the theater, museum, bookstore, interpretive exhibit panels and audiotours.
