Stand Up Paddle Lessons Makena

MAUI Activities - A quality Stand Up Paddle Board lesson covering all the finer aspects of posture, balance, fitness and safety. Lessons include a beach lesson and introduction, followed by a water lesson, and then a post workout stretch. All lessons are held at Maluaka Beach in Makena.
Life Jackets are provided. All instructors are experienced paddler/surfers, and are CPR, first aid and life guard certified.
Lessons are subject to weather conditions.
Please bring your own sunscreen and sunglasses or hat. Towels will be provided.
Special Restrictions: Weight limit of 220 lbs, children must be 10 years and older. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No participants can be pregnant.
