    Kona Snorkel & Dolphins Cruise

    BIG ISLAND Activities - All aboard to Pawai Bay Hawaii, a snorkelers paradise! This marine fish sanctuary offers visibility up to 150 feet and is home to over 600 species of brightly-colored tropical fish. Accessible only by boat, this remote spot offers visibility up to 100 feet and enchanting coral gardens that are home to at least 600 species of brightly colored tropical fish. Watch sea creatures beyond your imagination as they dart and drift around the interesting rock and coral of this protected marine environment.

    Spinner dolphins frequently join us while we are underway, jumping, spinning and riding the wake as we cruise to our snorkeling destination. On occasion, they may even come to play and swim with our guests. For the more adventurous, SCUBA* Diving is available.

    Morning excursion includes: Continental breakfast, buffet deli lunch, snacks, refreshments, Rx masks, snorkel gear, snorkeling instruction, 2 1/2 hours water time, flotation & water toys, 15' water slide, fresh water shower, no host premium bar, his & hers restrooms and trolling for game fish.

    The luxury, state-of-the-art, 65 foot catamaran is certified for 149 passengers. The Kanoa II was specifically built for the discriminating traveler with quality and luxury priority number one. The decor includes back-lit translucent blue waves, brushed stainless steel accents, mood lighting, flat screen televisions, piped cushioned seating and Corian full service premium bar.

    The Kanoa II is equipped with three restrooms, two freshwater showers, a 20-foot water slide, high dive platform, two large double swim platforms, a full sound system for live entertainent and karaoke, and underwater lighting to create an ambiance for evening cruises.

    The boat is specifically designed to plane through the water, reaching speeds up to 22 knots per hour with propulsion by twin 425 horsepower Cummins engines. Solar panels located on the upper Bimini are charged daily by sunshine and support all daily power consumption on Board. The Kanoa II is equipped with radar, GPS, auto pilot, fish finder, VHF and other of the latest marine electronic technology.

    Tour available daily, departing from the Kailua Pier. 9AM - 1:30 PM check-in: 8:30AM  

    *SCUBA diving is available for certified divers as well as the beginner diver on our morning snorkel dolphin sails. Candidates must be a minimum of 12 years old, be in good physical condition and may not fly and dive on the same day. Diving is provided by Kona Sea Adventures. Introduction to SCUBA $81 - Certified SCUBA needing gear $71 - Certified SCUBA with own gear $61.
